Warranty Coverage

Products are covered from the date of delivery to the original purchaser and apply to single-shift use (8 hours per day, 5 days per week).

Component Warranties

Certain components and materials are covered by separate warranty periods:

5-Year Warranty

• Standard Senator fabrics, leathers, vinyls, veneers, MFCs and laminates
• Mechanical moving parts including:
  • Gas lifts
  • Monitor arms
  • Seating mechanisms
  • Drawer runners
  • Door closure mechanisms
  • Height adjusters
  • Locking devices
  • Folding table mechanisms

2-Year Warranty

• Steel pedestals
• Non-standard products
• Screen-mounted accessories
• Dry-wipe boards
• Venetian blinds
• Electrical and electronic components
• Sit/stand desk motors
• Consumable components including fuses, lights, lamps and transformers

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents or neglect
• Improper installation, maintenance or cleaning
• Products exposed to extreme environmental conditions
• Products moved or reconfigured by non-approved personnel
• Natural variations in wood grain, colour and figure
• Natural markings and characteristics of leather
• Changes in appearance caused by ageing or exposure to light
• Damage caused by unsuitable cleaning products, sharp objects or writing implements
• Other manufacturers’ products supplied by Senator, which remain subject to their own warranties where applicable

Warranty Terms

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. It is valid only for products acquired and installed through Senator or an authorised reseller.

Senator shall not be liable for any consequential, indirect or incidental loss, damage or expense arising from the use of its products.
